  • Once signed up, a tech will come out and install a sensor into your softener’s brine tank. It monitors your salt levels in real time and alerts our team when you’re running low— so we can schedule your next delivery automatically and handle everything from there.

  • Yes, the sensor is yours to keep from day one. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, valid as long as you remain on an active Simply Salt plan.

  • Softer water, cleaner dishes, softer laundry, and longer-lasting pipes and appliances— all without lifting a single bag, checking the tank, or worrying about forgotten refills.

  • There is a one-time $75.00 installation fee for the sensor. After that, you only pay for your monthly plan.

  • We proudly serve customers within a 20-mile radius of Peoria, IL. If you are outside this area, please reach out through our contact form or by phone. We’re continuously expanding and would be happy to discuss service options in your location.

  • No worries! For every delivery, our team wears shoe covers to keep your floors clean. We take care to respect your home while bringing your salt right to your tank.

  • We prefer that you’re home when we fill your tank, but its not required— as long as we’re able to access your water softener, we’ll take care of the rest.

  • We do provide delivery and Tank Refill services for businesses within our service area. Since every business is different, please call us for a customized quote.

  • We specialize in delivering softener salt directly to your door or tank. Please note, we do not offer installation or repairs currently.
